Rio Olympics: Is V for Victory?

Why yes it is!  Since I paint these works as close to live as possible, I don't know the results when I create (and title) the work.  So although I was sure that Oleg Vernyayev"s (Ukraine) routine was worthy of a Gold Medal, I didn't know the score when this was done.  To be sure one can never count on what the judges will see.  But in the end, it was as good to them as it was to me.

This is a small watercolors and ink painting measuring just 4"x6" and was created using Yarka St. Petersburg watercolors and Steve Quiller brushes from www.richesonart.com.  This painting and all of my Olympics artwork will be available through my artist website at www.greigleach.com.  To purchase this particular painting just follow the direct link at the end of this post.  Remember this is an original work of art, so once it has been sold, it is gone.  Don't delay buy it now!
